INNfinity Automates the Bed Request
INNfinity Software Systems announces the release of a new product- the Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface, for use with INNfinity V2 camp management software, that automates the bed request process between camp manager and paying client/contractor. Reservations can be created and manipulated in real-time by the paying client/contractor eliminating the need to send a bed request to the camp manager. INNfinity V2 camp management software further empowers the paying client/contractor with user-definable reports to monitor camp allotments. Meanwhile, managers can rest easy, as access to the interface is tightly secured and subject to user-definable business rules. With this level of control and detail at the fingertips of the paying client/contractor, the paper trail is eliminated, saving time and work for both the manager and the client. Can’t sleep? Up late counting bed requests? Ditch the sheep and find peace with INNfinity V2 camp management software’s new Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface.
Reservations
Managing reservations within an internally/externally managed camp is easily accomplished with INNfinity V2 camp management software’s new interface. No bed request required. For example, PTI Group, a supplier of remote workforce accommodations, allocates a block of rooms to its paying client- Suncor Energy. Suncor Energy can login into the INNfinity Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface, a web asp.net application, and view the real-time occupancy and availability of their camp allotment- located in PTI’s facility. Here Suncor can ensure maximum utilization of their camp allotments. The view from the Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface can be further drilled down to monitor allotments at a contractor level. With the big picture in sight, Suncor Energy can easily create, view, cancel, and change reservations in real-time through the Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface without the time-consuming process of sending a bed request to PTI and waiting for an approval. Alternatively, PTI is no longer stampeded by a herd of bed requests from Suncor to corral one-by-one into INNfinity V2. By streamlining the bed request
Reports
In addition to reservation management, INNfinity’s Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface provides a portfolio of user-definable reports to the paying client/contractor. Suncor Energy can opt to monitor their service days/man-days for a given time period, rooms in-house versus those on time-out, booking pace, and occupancy analysis. In addition to custom reports, all transactions are recorded with a timestamp and employee name/number. At any time, a manager can review what was booked, changed, or cancelled and by whom. INNfinity V2 camp management software’s new Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface provides Suncor Energy with the essential details to efficiently manage their camp allotments.
Security
Because INNfinity V2’s Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface offers direct access to camp allotments to the paying client/contractor, security is crucial to protect both the client and the camp manager. Access to the interface is granted by an authenticated login in a secure environment. Once in the Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface, functionality is limited to the role-based security level of the user. Permission is restricted to their specific camp allotment. For example, Suncor can only view their allotment within PTI’s camp/lodge. PTI, the camp manager, allows Suncor to make changes to their internal camp reservations up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. Once the timing threshold is reached, subsequent changes to Suncor’s internal camp are made by PTI staff only to eliminate any surprises at the front desk. With enforceable business rules and tight security, INNfinity V2’s Housing Manager/Lodge Link Interface provides a safe, user friendly environment for camp allotment management.
INNfinity V2 camp management software streamlines camp management by allowing paying clients/contractors to safely access and manage their internal camp allotments, eliminating the time and cost of bed requests. With camp allotment details at your fingertips and bed requests in the past, what will you do with your free afternoons?
