NNfinity Software Systems announces a custom solution in a new vertical market. INNfinity has customized its software product, INNfinity V2, yet again. This time to manage military barracks. This venture is just one more illustration of the pliability of INNfinity V2’s architecture. The same core product that seamlessly operates bed and breakfasts, hotels, camps, RV parks, timeshare, fractional ownership properties, and vacation rentals now adds the military market to its impressive repertoire. Groups

It all starts with groups. Incoming troops can be set-up as groups, by platoon. INNfinity V2 can faction reservations within a platoon by sex and rank. Reservations are color coded by sex and rank and presented graphically for easy viewing. Once the factions are set, platoon-group rosters can be easily viewed, printed, saved, and e-mailed directly from INNfinity V2 to platoon-group leaders. In the same way, leaders can provide their troops with confirmations. Once the platoon-group arrives at the barracks, they can be checked-in in bulk or one-at-a-time.
Group Interface

INNfinity Software Systems offers an interface, the Group Link Interface, to INNfinity V2 military software. The Group Link Interface can be accessed by incoming platoon-group leaders remotely from any-where in the world via a stable internet connection. A unique login allows them to manage their platoon’s group allotment in real-time before they arrive at the barracks. Reservations can be made, changed, and canceled via the Group Link Interface. The interface also grants access to INNfinity V2’s reports, confirmations, and group rosters. What’s more, all of this is offered from INNfinity V2’s signature one-screen, intuitive design. Having the details confirmed before troops arrive at the barracks ensures that camp leaders are fully prepared for incoming soldiers.

Occupancy

INNfinity V2’s occupancy reports can be run for any time period-past, present, and future. Military camp leaders can look at what is currently being consumed at the present occupancy level to formulate an accurate consumption rate. Then, as future occupancy is forecasted, leaders can be sure the supplies they order will adequately support the flux of existing and incoming troops. With the exact figures at their fingertips, the military avoids the costs associated with any
waste or shortfall in supplies. INNfinity V2’s availability grid works in conjunction with its occupancy reports to track barrack availability and fixed-item availability. Fixed items can be assigned to individual reservations to lock-in availabil-ity and proper assignment.

Custom Profiles

Specific information about each soldier can be recorded in a highly custom Guest Profile for easy viewing from INNfinity V2’s signature one-screen design. A soldier’s Rank, Unit, Battalion and Regiment is easily recorded for enhanced identifi-cation and tracking purposes. Health issues and/or dietary constraints can also be tracked and reported to ensure soldier safety.
