INNfinity Partners with ResortCom International and Enters the Timeshare Market
A Partnership
INNfinity Software Systems, a designer of property management software, in partnership with ResortCom International, a property management company, has written a two-way interface between Resort Ap and INNfinity V2 property management software to successfully operate ResortCom-managed properties. Reservations flow from ResortCom’s Resort Ap timeshare software into INNfinity V2 property management software. Hospitality staff at the property-level use INNfinity V2 property management software for the day-to-day operations of the resort.
Mechanics
ResortCom’s Resort Ap timeshare software manages the rules of booking reservations- determining if the timeshare owner has the requested time available, if maintenance fees are up-to-date, the unit type and season owned, etc. Once the reservation is approved, it is sent to INNfinity V2 property management system. Property-level hospitality staff can use INNfinity V2 property management software to provide enhanced customer service to timeshare owners.
INNfinity V2 property management software can easily track the special requests and preferences of each timeshare owner. From allergies to pillow preferences to spending habits, it can all be tracked in a comprehensive owner profile. A timeshare owner’s stay information is also recorded, allowing hospitality staff to block owners into their favorite room, arranged to their specifications on each and every visit.

INNfinity V2 property management software has a flexible architecture to accommodate the details of timeshare ownership. ResortCom and INNfinity will work together to extend the owner profile to include fields and/or drop down menus with ownership details such as unit type, season, week type, and home resort. This information will feed into INNfinity V2 property management software from Resort Ap. Property-level hospitality staff will then be able to access ownership information easily from both systems.
The partnership between INNfinity and ResortCom also includes plans for a two-way interface between INNfinity V2 property management software and Resort Ap timeshare software. Once the two-way interface is complete, changes in one system will automatically reflect in the partner system. This will eliminate any circumstances for double-data-entry by hospitality staff.
