Slide-Out Menus
V2 brings your world... to your fingertips with customizable slide-out menus on both sides of the screen. The left-side pertains to the resort– availability, arrivals, departures, house stats, etc. The right-side pertains to the guest– billing info, flags, folio, etc. Run a daily arrivals report on the left, click on a guest’s name, and see the reservation auto populate on the right for easy check-in and check-out. Guest Profiles
V2 tailors to suit. Track your most valued guest preferences and purchases in a custom profile. Which resort amenities bring in the most revenue? What newspaper does Kathryn prefer on her doorstep in the mornings? Does she always reserve a facial when she visits? How much does she typically spend in the restaurant when she stays? V2 can even display the details of Kathryn’s restaurant bill, right down to the last martini. Not good with names? V2 remembers the details of each and every guest beginning with your very first reservation, so you don’t have to.
Multi-tasking
Multi-task efficiently and streamline your operations. Simply click on the pull down menu at the top right of your screen and V2 will list the last few things you were working on. Select from the list to return to any task. The search is over. Simply click the “refresh” button when returning to a previously run report. View three-four tasks on your screen at once.
