An easier way to pay with Air Canada Flight Passes
Book split-itineraries and enjoy an improved workflow when you pay with your Flight Passes in the Innfinite online booking tool.
For many Canadian companies that book Air Canada using an online booking tool, getting the most value out of their Flight Passes hasn’t been easy. During the development of our online booking tool, we spoke with a corporate travel manager at a large Canadian oil company that complained his online booking tool imposed too many restrictions for usage of Flight Passes on round trip itineraries. He also mentioned there was no way to add employees to the list of travelers authorized to be booked on Flight Passes within his current online booking tool.
We designed the Innfinite online booking tool to get our clients the most value out of their Air Canada Flight Passes. With a direct interface to AC2U, Innfinite users can book a round trip itinerary using two different Flight Passes or by reserving an outbound flight through the GDS and a return flight with a Flight Pass. Users can also view all applicable Flight Passes for their searched routing. Travel managers have the ability to authorize new travelers to be booked on Flight Passes within Innfinite at any step of the booking process.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Innfinity over the past few years. The end result of our investment together… is a product suite that offers flexibility, functionality and ease of use, that is comparable or superior to most any recognised “OBT” in the market today.
We are indeed thrilled with our partnership with Innfinity. Through the combination of their development staff, and our travel management experience, the products that we together are releasing will continue to meet and exceed the needs of our mutual clientele.K. Ian Race
