Innfinity Software Systems, LLC provides cloud-based solutions that help organizations manage complex travel and accommodations operations. International Transfers

Innfinity’s headquarters and primary data-processing infrastructure are located in San Diego, California, USA. Your Personal Information may therefore be stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our trusted providers operate (e.g., Canada, the European Economic Area).

When Personal Data originating in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with cross-border-transfer restrictions is moved to a country lacking an adequacy decision, we rely on:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum;

Marketing Choices

You can opt out of promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” in the message or adjusting preferences in your profile settings. Transaction-related communications (e.g., billing notices) may still be sent.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
